Question #1:
I took one of the online classes today- what do I need to do to get credit for the class?

Answer:
At the end of the class you should be able to print out a sheet that has the name of the class, the date and time. It is on a single sheet. Print it and attach it to your copy of the Tracking Sheets for the 2008-09 Education Challenge. These Tracking Sheets are available on our website.

Question #2:
I purchased the Elegante workbook.  Do I just start working through it?

Answer:
You will need to look up the Ellegante Workbook Section in the Education Challenge. It will tell you what pages to read and what stitches, etc to complete as your documentation. Be sure to label your stitch-outs and write them down on your Tracking Sheet.

Questions #3:
Does the video lessons on MasterWorks count?

Answer:
The MasterWorks DVD Workbook hours count provided you complete the lessons and turn in the documentation that each DVD requires. This is one workbook that requires that you complete it in sequence. You can not pick and choose the lessons. MasterWorks2 has a NEW DVD Workbook out and it will count for additional hours as soon as it can be divided into lesson segments. MasterWorks1 Owners will be able to complete lessons from MW1 DVD workbook only. MasterWorks2 Owners will be able to complete lessons from MW1 DVD workbook and MW2 DVD workbook.

Question #4
I attended the Puncher machine workshop along with 2 guests I brought along with me.  I plan to attend the Embroidery Craze and Sassy Software classes at the OKC store.  Do those count?

Answer Part One:
To get credit for a Special Event, such as the Christopher Nejman Event, you must list the date(s) and Event name on a Education Challenge Tracking Sheet. Send the Tracking Sheet in to the School Division before the contest deadline. Note: Hands-On Special Events like this are categorized as Power Hours and receive more Challenge Hours than the average class. We fill in the Hour totals when they arrive here.

Answer Part Two:
To get credit for attending a Guide Class or Club at one of our B-Sew Inn Stores, you need to list the exact date and store location on one of the Tracking Sheets. Send the Tracking Sheet in to the School Division before the contest deadline. When the Tracking Sheet arrives here we will pull the computer information from the store to compare the attendance lists. As long as we can confirm that the computer shows you as being there on that date, we will award the appropriate Challenge Hours to you.
